Furnished rentals
You can borrow furniture when you live at the following dorms:
- Skjoldhøjkollegiet
- Vilh. Kiers Kollegium
- Ravnsbjerg Kollegiet
You can borrow furniture such as a bed, a desk, or a table lamp (when borrowing a bed; purchase of a new matching mattress topper is obligatory).
The room/apartment may be empty, fully, or partly furnished when you move in.
If you do not want all the pieces of furniture, you may have in your rental when you move in, or if you need some other pieces of furniture, then please bring them back/pick them up at the furniture deposit yourself within the opening hours.
If you wish to know, what pieces of furniture that are in your rental when you move in, you can send the caretaker an e-mail. Remember to state your rental number, which you can find on your lease contract.
We do everything we can to ensure that there is at least a bed available for everyone who needs it and if we are out of stock, it will be ordered with a few weeks of delay.

Non-furnished rentals
All other rentals are unfurnished when you move in but may contain a few pieces of furniture such as a wardrobe and window blinds.
Make sure to read the description of the rental on the website.
This means, you have to bring the furniture you need to the rental yourself.
There are many secondhand shops around the city, where you can find cheap furniture and decoration items. Ikea and Jysk stores are also located in Aarhus.
